Joshua Hurt is the founder of Full Benefit Leadership, a retired U.S. Air Force Command Chief, executive coach, and leadership development professional with more than 26 years of experience developing leaders in some of the world's most demanding environments.

He has coached hundreds of leaders, from frontline employees to executives, helping them build confidence, navigate difficult conversations, lead high-performing teams, and create lasting organizational impact.

Josh is an ATD Certified Performance Coach and a Master Coach through Next Jump Performance Coaching, combining practical leadership experience with evidence-based coaching that helps leaders think more clearly, lead more intentionally, and perform at their highest level.
